Entry & Eligibility

All auctions are online only; no physical tickets can be obtained. Auction tickets will be generated automatically once payment has been accepted and emailed to the email address submitted during ticket purchase.

Please note: if you don't receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase, the transaction was not completed properly.

Mt. Pickering Lodge is not responsible for incorrect information submitted for an auction item during ticket purchase.

Failure to comply with any of the following rules may result in a forfeiture of prizes.

  • All raffle entries MUST be completed with the legal name of an adult 18 years of age or older.
  • Anyone picking up a prize MUST produce a valid issued ID to acquire the prize.
  • All winners are responsible for ALL associated TAXES and FEES with prizes.
  • If a raffle contains a handgun, a rifle, and/or ammunition, the entry MUST include the name of a legal adult 21 years of age or older AND be able to pass a background check and acquire the prize.
  • Winners are responsible for picking up prizes won at Mt. Pickering Lodge No. 446, 218 Byers Rd. Chester Springs, PA 19425
  • Winners must take possession within 30 days of auctions ending or forfeit won prizes back to Mt. Pickering Lodge No. 446.
  • This is a fundraiser for Mt. Pickering Lodge No 446 - any and all proceeds will be to assist and maintain the lodge and contribute to community-based initiatives in Masonic Charity.
  • Raffles take place at 6:30 pm on Monday following a raffle selling out of tickets.
  • Drawings may take place on a different day or time due to unforeseen events.

Prize

Claiming the Prize

  • Identification: Winners must present a valid state-issued ID to pick up any prize.
  • Location: Pick-up is at Mt Pickering Lodge No. 446 (218 Byers Rd.
    Chester Springs, PA 19425    )
  • 30-Day Window: Winners must take possession within 30 days, or the prize is forfeited back to the lodge.
  • Costs: The winner is responsible for all associated taxes and fees.
  • Compliance: Failure to follow any of these rules results in the forfeiture of any and all prizes.

  • Firearm Raffle Disclaimer:

    All raffles involving a firearm are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. The designated winner must take possession of the firearm through a licensed dealer at Gordon’s Sports Supply, located at 129 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425, United States.

    The winner is required to complete all necessary paperwork, background checks, and legal transfer requirements in accordance with governing laws and regulations. No firearm will be released directly to the winner outside of this process.

    If the selected winner fails to pass the required background check, declines to complete the transfer, or is otherwise deemed ineligible to legally possess a firearm, the prize will be forfeited. In such cases, a new winner will be selected through an additional drawing.

    By participating in the raffle, all entrants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
